Leap Year 2020:What is Leap Year and why is it celebrated?

Every 4 years, the leap year is celebrated all over the world which falls in the month of February. The leap year is added 1 day in February which we call the leap year and it is 29 days in the month of February.

You all will know that the Earth and the Sun revolve around it, due to which the days and nights change and the seasons keep changing. It takes about 365.242 days for the Earth to make one revolution of the Sun. There are 365 days in a year as all of you. We would have studied in his school, so the time of 0.242 days is added to 1 year in 4 years, this same day is added every 4 years in February which becomes 28 to 29 days and this year is 306 instead of 365.
