President Donald Trump’s Helicopter Is For Sale; Make A Bid

Trump helicopter : President Donald J. Trump has been a frequent user of private aircraft and helicopters for a long time.

According to records, he presently owns a Boeing 757, a Cessna Citation X, and three Sikorsky S76-B helicopters, which he used often during his campaign for the White House. One of the rotorcraft is now on the market.

“Call for price,” says the listing on Avbuyer. “Make a bid.”

Emmanuel Dupuy, the agent featured in the post, refuses to comment other than to state the information is correct.

A 1997 Sikorsky 76-C is listed for $1.6 million on another website, while a 2008 variant is listed for $3.3 million.

The average asking price for a Sikorsky S76B, according to Globalair.com, is $1.395 million.

What are you going to get?

The helicopter, which was built in 1989, has accumulated 6,259.3 flying hours and 19,159 cycles.

A six-seat executive cabin with panelling and a soundproofing system is available.

African mahogany covers a floor-to-ceiling credenza unit with storage drawers for ice and drinks.

There’s also a drinks cabinet in the centre zone with three decanters and an Airshow exhibit.

Custom carpeting covers the entire floor. Each seat has “gold” seatbelt fittings and is upholstered in ecru and almond coloured leather. We’re guessing it’s gold-plated.

There’s a magazine rack there that may have once housed Trump magazine. There is no WiFi, as Twitter users will notice.

It’s difficult to predict how much tail number N-76DT will fetch. The COVID-19 pandemic, according to one industry executive, has pushed down helicopter prices.

Business titans no longer commute from their Greenwich or Hamptons backyards to offices on Wall Street.

Hollywood moguls don’t have to fly in from Malibu to the studio lot on the West Coast.

Trump’s 1997 Citation X, which doesn’t appear to be for sale, is also unlikely to sell for much.

The type cost $23 million when new, according to Business Jet Traveler, and manufacture halted in 2012.

Controller currently has for sale listings ranging from $2.15 million to $3.65 million. According to Globeair, the average price is $2.57 million.

The Boeing 757-200, which the late Paul Allen transformed from airline service to a private jet interior, is the most valuable asset in the Air Trump fleet.

While the hull and engines are only valued roughly $5 million, Greg Raiff, the CEO of Private Jet Services, a charter broker specialising in sports team, live entertainment, and corporate shuttle aircraft flights, estimates that replicating the interior would cost up to $25 million.

He goes on to say that the pandemic has raised demand for converted airliners since more UHNW families are using private aviation to travel between their properties.

“When you’re moving from one residence to another for two months instead of two weeks, a G650 or Global Express just doesn’t have enough space for extended families, nannies, support personnel, and all kinds of luggage,” he explains.

While there is a limited market for such aircraft, he claims that demand for airliner-size private planes on the charter market is growing.

It’s something to think about if you wrote a book called “The Art of the Deal.”
