Parth Samthaan breaks his silence on rumoured differences with Kasautii Zindagii Kay co-star Erica Fernandes

Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes were seen together in Kasautii Zindagii Kay which ended last year. However, there have been speculations about differences in their relationship. They increased when Erica was not spotted at Parth’s birthday party in March this year. Now, Parth has finally addressed those rumours and called them baseless. He also said that he sometimes is shocked to read the things that come out. He said that he is good friends and cordial with all his co-stars. Parth is gearing up for his OTT debut, which is titled Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu. He will be seen playing a gangster in it. Talking about his look, he had said that is inspired by Sanjay Dutt. He revealed, “My look definitely has a reference with Sanjay Dutt’s look. In fact, my character also has a scene where he is admiring Sanjay Dutt, taking inspiration from him and trying to look like him. In 90s, this hairdo was like a style statement. Now, I can understand how difficult it was at that point of time to maintain this hair style. I haven’t cut my hair for 7 months. Speaking about the plot, the actor added, “The series is about Bombay which in 90s used to be also addressed as the city filled with criminals. There were lot of people at that point of time who wanted to stand out and rule the city. And in this series, we have tried playing those people as characters by taking inspiration from them.”

Apart from Parth Samthaan, the show also features Patralekha, Arshin Mehta, Arsalan Goni and Ganesh Yadav in pivotal roles.
