CHICAGO – Embattled R&B star R. Kelly was attacked Wednesday by an inmate in Chicago’s Metropolitan Correctional Heart, in accordance to his lawyer Steve Greenberg.

Greenberg mentioned they unaware of the extent of his accidents and haven’t been supplied any info from the federal jail.

TMZ reported an inmate walked into R. Kelly’s cell and commenced punching him. The report, which cites nameless federal regulation enforcement sources, mentioned the inmate attacked R.
