Ashwin Slams People Who Find Faults In System Instead Of Following Govt’s Instructions | RVCJS
The world is going through a tough phase as coronavirus has taken more than 14K lives while over 3,40,000 people are suffering from it. But what is more worrisome is the fact that the number of cases is increasing at an alarming rate and despite the fact that the governments are advising people to stay at home and maintain social distancing, there are some individuals who are not in the mood to listen to anyone.
There is no denying the fact that everyone has the right to express their views and disagree with others but in such a scenario, people should only focus on one thing and that is to follow the instructions given by the government and the medical authorities.
In India also, schools, colleges, cinema halls, gyms, swimming pools and other places where mass gathering can take place have already been closed and Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) has also been postponed till April 15. Situation in India is under control at the moment but things may get worse if the measures are not implemented properly in the future as well. The number of infected cases in India are 415 at the moment and 7 people have lost their lives. While the majority of the country is in stage 2, some cities or areas have shown the sign of entering the third stage which is quite worrying and has resulted in complete lockdown of some cities or states.
Indian cricketer Ravichandran Ashwin who is a part of IPL team Delhi Capitals is not very happy with the manner in which some people are behaving and trying to find fault in the system rather than doing their bit and practice social distancing.
He tweeted, “People finding faults with actions of others or pointing out what’s wrong with our system, just take a break and look inwards while you strictly practice ‘social media distancing’. That will be your biggest contribution towards the harmony of the society. Jai hind”

Staying at home, travelling only if very necessary and maintaining social distance is the need of the hour as the disease is contagious in nature and can take a dangerous form if not controlled on time.
Do you agree with what Ravichandran Ashwin tweeted?
