Anand Mahindra Is Impressed With 72-Yr Woman’s Exercise Video & His Tweet Is So Relatable | RVCJS

It’s the winter season and it is quite difficult to wake up early and hit the gym but there are some people in this world who are very passionate about their fitness and nothing can stop them from carrying out their fitness regime.

Anand Mahindra, the chairman of Mahindra group, started his Wednesday with a tweet in which he shared a video posted by Manoj Kumar who is the CEO of Naandi Foundation. The 1 minute 28 seconds video shows 72-yr Lauren Bruzzone performing different exercises and the manner in which she was carrying out her workout regime was just amazing.

Manoj Kumar wrote, “This is an inspiring video. #mustwatch This lady will make it difficult for me to skip any of my exercise or yoga sessions hereafter. She has proven again that Age is just a number. My six pack seeking millennial team mates & @naandiliveli  have a match now. #WednesdayMotivation”

The video was soon shared by Anand Mahindra and he accepted that he is feeling lazy after comparing himself to the old lady whom he called Iron woman. He also said that we should stop making excuses and should ensure that we don’t miss exercise regime.

His tweet read, “Why did you have to share this video in the morning, Manoj!? It’s made me feel lazy and flabby compared to this iron woman… Ah well maybe this is the kick in the rear we all needed to stop making excuses about our exercise routines…☹”
