Veer aka Sharad Melhotra kills Shakura and unites with Bani aka Surbhi Chandna to vanquish their foes

Tonight’s episode of Naagin 5, 25th October 2020, begins with Bani (Surbhi Chandna) planning her escape after Shakura kidnaps her, before the latter’s assistants enter the room and orders her to accompany them. However, Bani refuses to do so, requesting they help her escape or she’d be left with no option to jump from the window. When they pay no heed, Bani goes through with her threat, praying to Lord Shiva while to protect her while doing so. Her prayers are answered when her dupatta gets stuck in a trident and she lands securely on her feet. On the other hand, the Bandhak stone rescues Veer (Sharad Melhotra) and aids in his metamorphosis back to human form while also granting him back his powers. As soon as he emerges from the den where he was trapped, he spots Bani hanging from the trident and wastes no time in ensuring she’s safe. Shakura emerges, spots the two, and demands to know what Veer is doing with his future wife, after which he grabs Bani’s hand and drags her away. Meanwhile, Jay (Mohit Sehgal), Mayuri and Shukla also reach Shakura’s location and wonder why he’s insisting on marrying Bani. Unable to see Shakura trying to forcefully marry Bani, Veer attacks him, but the latter soon gains the upper hand by launching a volley of counterattacks in his eagle for. Jay is perplexed to see Veer not changing into his cheel form, but then thinks he’s refraining form doing so to hide the truth from Bani, who, herself, to take her Adi Naagin form since she needs to wait for 24 hours to employ her powers again. After temporarily defeating Veer, Shakura lights a bonfire and proceeds to complete the marriage rituals with a resisting Bani. Veer though, regains his strength in the nick of time and stabs Shakura with the same trident of Lord Shiva which had broken Bani’s fall. Shakura breathes his last, but swears to make Bani his with his dying breath. Later, when Veer questions bani why she jumped from the room where Shakura had imprisoned her, she replies that she never wished to marry him and was prepare to do anything to ensure the same. Veer then tells her that’s the reason for her doing so is because deep down she’s actually in love with him and is destine to be his one day.
