Chhichhore Day 5 Collection: The Film Crossed Its 50 Crore Milestone In Just 4 Days | RVCJS

Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Sharma starrer “Chhichhore” had a fantastic Tuesday, thanks to Muharram holiday. Due to great reviews and positive word of mouth, the film did better than its opening day and now it no stopping.

Chhichhore opened with ₹7.32 crores on Friday last week and continued to stay strong despite a big-budget competitor Saaho. The movie earned ₹10.05 crores on Tuesday and now its total is ₹54.13 crores.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#Chhichhore is unstoppable… Biz shoots up on Day 5 [Tue], with the holiday giving it that extra push… Also, Day 5 [Tue] is higher than Day 1 [Fri] and 4 [Mon]… Fri 7.32 cr, Sat 12.25 cr, Sun 16.41 cr, Mon 8.10 cr, Tue 10.05 cr. Total: ₹ 54.13 cr. #India biz. 👍👍👍”

The movie is directed by “Dangal” fame Nitesh Tiwari and it has been made with a budget of Rs. 70 crore. The movie is based on the story of a group of friends who study in a university and what happens when they part ways to live their separate lives.

It is a content-driven film and its success has once again proved that content is still considered the hero of the film.
