Delhi University To Give 100% scholarship to students whose parents are no more | RVCJS
Delhi University has taken a very nice step towards educating students who can’t afford to pay the fee.
The University has decided to give a 100% scholarship to students whose parents are no more or unemployed.
As per reports, the University of Delhi is considering to provide full scholarships to students whose parents are deceased or unemployed. Plus half fee waiver to those students whose earning member is deceased in order to cover their college or university fee.
10% of seats have been increased for the economically weaker sections and there will be a surge of about 6,000 seats.
The online registration for undergraduate programs will begin from May 30, and for postgraduate (PG) programs, postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Security and Law and for M.Phil or Ph.D. programs from June 3.
Students will have to specify whether they are from Economically Weaker Sections and have to upload a certificate as proof while registering for the course.
